ABOUT CATAPALT
Compliance support shaped by experience, judgement and practical delivery.
Catapalt was created to help investment and asset management firms navigate complex regulatory responsibilities with greater clarity, consistency and confidence.
INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN
Built for clients, not an investment cycle.
Catapalt is fully owned and managed by its founders.
Our intention is to remain independent. That means we can make decisions for the long term, stay directly accountable to our clients, and build the business around the quality and continuity of the support we provide.
Compliance decisions require experience, context and sound judgement. Technology allows us to apply that expertise earlier, more consistently and more efficiently.
We have developed proprietary, AI enabled tools that monitor regulatory developments and market intelligence, assess their relevance to individual clients and help our team identify what matters, why it matters and what to do about it.
This allows us to be proactive: alerting clients to emerging requirements, risks and opportunities, recommending practical next steps and, where appropriate, getting work under way before they become pressing compliance issues.
For our clients, that means earlier insight, more focused advice and less time and cost spent on routine compliance work.
OUR APPROACH
Human judgement, strengthened by intelligent technology.
Earlier insight. Better informed decisions. Less time spent on routine compliance work.
WHAT CLIENTS SHOULD EXPECT
CLARITY
Clear, practical advice
We translate regulatory requirements into clear actions, helping clients understand what matters, what should happen next and where attention is best focused.
JUDGEMENT
Experienced judgement
Clients benefit from specialists who understand both the regulatory environment and the practical realities of operating an investment or asset management business.
RESPONSIVENESS
Responsive, direct support
Clients have direct access to experienced people, clear communication and support that adapts as priorities, risks and business needs change.
EFFICIENCY
Consistent, technology enabled delivery
We use intelligent technology and automation to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency and support efficient delivery, while judgement and accountability remain human led.
OUR FOUNDERS
Experienced people, practical delivery
Catapalt brings together regulatory judgement, commercial understanding and carefully applied technology. Our founders remain directly involved in the work, giving clients access to experienced people who understand both the opportunity and the obligations involved in building an investment business.
